If you are looking for a realtor we highly recommend Megan. Her knowledge of the area and experience shined. Her team, photographer and videographer did an amazing job. The photos and video walk through of our home was WOW! Also part of Megan’s team is a stager. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical and was not ready to make big and expensive or time consuming changes. We were pleasantly surprised. The small changes, ie shifting furniture around, removing a piece of furniture made a big difference. The suggestions and tips were spot on! Our home sold the weekend it hit the market.

This was a property owned by my Dad's late cousin who died very unexpectedly. We live in Pennsylvania. We expected selling a condo out of state to be a very difficult experience, but Megan confidently took it all in stride. She made us comfortable from day one and made the experience painless and as easy as possible! The condo was PACKED to the ceiling with what most people would consider eccentric (or crap!)
