Framingham, the hub of a region known as "MetroWest", offers a unique blend of urban, suburban, and rural qualities. It's a diverse community and was just voted to change from a town to be a city in 2018. It has excellent access to most major routes and has commuter rail access.  You can find condos starting from the $150's and townhouses going up to the mid $800's, and single family homes range from the mid $200's up to over 1 Million. There are different areas to the city the downtown where you'll find town hall and the commuter rail. Framingham center where the town common, much of our historic district is, and Framingham State University. Further north Framingham off Edgell road in you'll find local farms and horses and it has a more rural feel. The area of Nobscot has the boy scout reservation at Mt Nobscot.
