November Market Update!
Fall seems to be flying by! My recent 19Euclid.com went pending right away and my Pelham Rd Natick colonial listing received multiple offers, 4Pelham.com but I see that some available inventory has made price adjustments or has spent more days on the market before receiving an offer. Right now in Framingham the current days on market time for single family homes is 61 days as compared to the pending sales that have half that at just 30 days on the market, while the last 6 months sales show only 20 days on the market.
Late fall/ winter can be a great time to buy a property since there is not quite as much buyer competition and there are fewer multiple bid situations. Add that to the historic low interest rates and it really can be an ideal time.
If you know of someone in a high rent apartment who would prefer to be in their own home gaining equity every month instead of giving it to someone else, I’m happy to help them!
